Hi Fert offers a free rural counselling service, recognising the impact sustained drought is having on large parts of rural Australia .
Times are difficult for people on the land. Stress and anxiety left unchecked can have devastating and long term effects not only on the individual but ripples through relationships, families and whole communities.
These kinds of experiences can rapidly leave people with a sense of hopelessness and helplessness, even though their thoughts and feelings might never be expressed openly.
It is not uncommon for individuals and families in these situations to experience a range of thoughts and emotions. Hi Fert has put in place a national counselling resource for rural clients and their families – AGASSIST.
Hi Fert offers to cover the cost of this service as a commitment to assisting the development and ensuring the wellbeing of its rural customers.
Confidential Counselling
This independent and confidential service is offered to rural clients who are facing challenging times and wanting to talk through these challenges and find ways through them.
Nobody else needs to know that you have made contact, and client records are subject to the confidentiality afforded by the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act (2000).
AUS e. PSYCH Pty Ltd (ABN 49 098 027 822) is a national provider of counselling services, predominantly to the corporate sector. AUS e. PSYCH counsellors are all registered and experienced psychologists who have a range of skills in dealing with both personal and workplace issues. Where specialist skills are required, these can be sourced within the AUS e. PSYCH network of psychologists. AUS e. PSYCH Pty Ltd welcomes calls from anyone seeking to clarify the nature of the service and the expertise of their counsellors.
AGASSIST is a FREE service.
There is no cost for using the service. Hi Fert will cover the cost for a maximum of three phone counselling sessions per client.

AGASSIST is a counselling service provided by AUS e. PSYCH Pty Ltd. Hi Fert Pty Ltd offers to pay for the cost of this service in good faith. To the extent permitted by law Hi Fert does not accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by any person in connection with the service. To the extent permitted by law the TPA (and equivilent state legislation) applies to the provision of the service. Hi Fert limits all liability in respect of the service to resupply of the service or payment of the cost of resupply.
